MEET DANA

I spent years working across nearly every facet of healthcare marketing, learning what drives patient growth, builds trust and makes a medical practice stand apart. And again and again, I saw everything lead back to one place: the website.
The problem was, I could never find one partner who could do all of it well. Someone who understood healthcare strategy, had an exceptional eye for design, could write with nuance and humanity, and understood how to turn all of it into a website that actually performed.
So I built Milk & Honey to fill that gap.
Today, I bring those disciplines together to create websites for healthcare organizations that are as thoughtful as they are beautiful. Every project is approached through the lens of strategy, story, design and growth, with one goal: to create a digital presence that reflects the caliber of the people and practice behind it.

MEET CARSON
director, filmmaker, storyteller
Carson has spent more than a decade producing, directing and editing documentary-style stories and commercial content. Through his work with Milk & Honey, he brings healthcare brands to life through patient testimonials, physician and thought-leadership interviews, brand films, and television and social campaigns.
As founder of Austin-based Cognitive Films, Carson has built his career around finding the human story behind a brand and translating it into thoughtful, beautifully crafted film. His healthcare work includes projects for Baylor Scott & White, Asuragen, MPower Health, CirrusMD, Mindbloom and the Austin Institute for Clinical Research.

MEET BAILEY
ambitious, organized, and kind
Bailey is the Marketing Coordinator here at Milk and Honey Marketing. She’s worked in marketing for small startups, international brands, and everything in between and loves helping practices thrive and stand out amongst their competitors.
Family is her biggest priority in life and as an Austin native, she spends as much time as she can with them. When she’s not doing that, you'll find her hunting down the best queso in town, reading, attempting Great British Bakeoff recipes, and being a loud and proud Aggie.

HOW WE GOT HERE
Milk & Honey Marketing was founded by Dana Raykovich in 2013 after years spent inside the world of healthcare marketing. Hospitals, surgery centers, fertility labs, physician practices, community wellness, health startups. You name it, she’s probably marketed it. Along the way, she learned that healthcare requires a particular kind of care in how you communicate, how you build trust and, yes, how you navigate HIPAA.
Milk & Honey grew from a simple idea: healthcare deserves better creative. Better strategy. Better storytelling. Better design. And a little more humanity.
Today, Dana leads every project personally from Wimberley, Texas, where she lives with her husband, three kids and no shortage of creative inspiration. When she’s not obsessing over a website, she’s usually writing, outside somewhere, playing volleyball, practicing yoga or searching for the perfect latte. As a matter of survival.
Milk & Honey stays intentionally small. Rather than building a traditional agency around layers of account management, we bring in a trusted network of specialists based on what each project actually needs, from development and SEO to photography, video and beyond. You get senior-level thinking, the right people for the job and a team that stays close to the work.
